We are on of the most stable and established Vancouver moving companies. We have some very reasonable moving rates and offer some mid month discounts. Our fleet of trucks is modern and maintained to the highest standards assuring you a smooth and safe move. The moving equipment is also of top quality making the move more efficient and our protective pads are thick, new and in good condition. We also carry a wide variety of packing supplies for your upcoming move available in and around the Vancouver area. Although we started by specializing in Vancouver BC West End moves, we have since evolved to cater to most of the lower mainland through an expansion of the fleet and an acquisition of larger trucks to accommodate housing communities including but not limited to North Vancouver, West Vancouver, East Vancouver, Kitsilano, Gaztown, Yaletown, Surrey, Abbotsford, Coquitlam, White Rock and Burnaby. Auto Transport CanadaIn addition to residential services, we also offer long Canada wide long distance moving services and auto transport moves. Most auto transport is done via train or truck but a drive away service is also available. For a truly stress free move please fill out our free weight calculator or contact us via email or phone. We usually reply within 12 hour or sooner. Vancouver Piano Moving ServiceWe specialize in the move of Pianos in and around the Vancouver BC and lower mainland. A lot of moving companies simply man handle the piano but this isn't the right way to do as it can damage the piano, property and injure the movers. A piano can be very valuable and we understand that it needs to be moved with every precautions possible. All piano moves are executed using the latest equipement including piano skids, straps, shrink wrap and thick professional moving blankets. The owner operator of the truck will show up in person on every Vancouver piano move abiding to our policy. We can move your piano through any condition imaginable from elevators to stairs to balcony via crane. If you have any questions about your upcoming Vancouer piano move please fell free to contact us for an absolutely free no obligation estimate. List of cities covered for local Moving Service |

Vancouver Moving Rates Vancouver moving service rates can vary according to multiple factors. Some of them include but are not limited to truck size, number of men on the crew, time of the month, time of the day, time of the year, nature of items to be moved, distance of move and access to facilities. Rates are charged by the hour, by the load or on a flat rate fee.
The hourly charge is the most common for in and around Vancouver BC and the lower mainland. You get charged from when the movers get to your home to the time they leave, generally there is a traveling time charged on top of the final bill of about 30 mintues on average. That is to pay the crew to get to and leave the move premises as the get paid as soon as they get to our Vancouver office.
The hourly rate varies between $50-$150 per hour, it is vague indeed and depends on too many factors for us to post it on the site. Please contact us for details or fill out our form so that we can assess your Vancouver moving needs and give a you a firm hourly quote. Flat rate or load charge is the best way to pay for long distance moves. That way the client doesn’t have to pay for full labour charges as the truck is traveling often with only the driver for moves leaving Vancouver BC or arriving from any other Canadian or American destination.
While this system works fine for Canada long distance moves, it is not recommened for Vancouver local moves unless the value of the goods to be moved is low or insignificant. If you pay by flat rate the movers will also be paid by “piece work”, so unlike the hourly wages where they can take their time (but still work swiftly and efficiently) in a flat rate move they have to rush a little. That can sometimes cause them to cut corners and not offer services as good as with the hourly rate model. |
